Eating them thawed from frozen is one of my favorite ways to eat these!! It's almost too good to be true how amazing they taste re-heated!

Hi! Just wondering if oat flour would work instead of the almond/coconut flour combo? Or will the texture be ruined? TIA :)

Hi Tash!! Oat flour is a little lighter and fluffier than almond flour, so it might make the biscuits a little fluffier vs. denser, but I think it would still be delicious and I don’t think it would ruin the texture, just might make it a little different. If you try it, lmk how it turns out!! ❤️

Is there any sub you suggest for the nutritional yeast? Thanks!

Hi Erin! You could leave it out entirely if you are not a fan, or sub 1/4 cup of any cheese - sharp cheddar, mozzarella, or goat cheese would work well in this recipe!

Where do you like to get your coconut and almond flours?

Good question! I like Bob's Red Mill organic coconut and almond flour, as well as the organic 365 brand at Whole Foods.
