I am obsessed with this series, Sonja! And was so looking forward to this one with Beth! This is GOLD! 💛 Also, Beth's coconut yogurt recipe was what convinced me to buy an Instant Pot, and I can confirm it's insanely good!

Beth and Sonja, loved getting another inside scoop on a nourishing pantry!! I was most inspired by the variety of salts you have and am considering “spicing” up my own collection!

So glad you enjoyed the pantry tour! Salt is such an easy way to add both flavor and minerals to your meals - it's amazing how different salts can completely transform a dish🧡

Is the only oil, olive that you have? I think I saw butter, but not coconut for a hotter pan?

Hi Ande! I do use avocado oil, ghee, grass fed butter, and coconut oil. Extra virgin olive oil is great for cooking up to 410°F (especially high quality, high polyphenol extra virgin olive oil), finishing dishes, cooking eggs and omelettes, dressing a salad, making vinaigrette, drizzling on hummus. Extra virgin olive oil is my main source of healthy oil/fat. This post lists all of my favorites! https://nestwellness.substack.com/p/creating-a-healthy-blood-sugar-friendly?r=2plwal
