So glad you loved it!! I recommend storing in glass. I have this set and it's held up super well in the freezer. They are silicone sealed bpa-free plastic lids, and I find they keep up better for freezer items than the fully silicone lids from Pyrex (I have a number of those too!)
I’m planning to make this and bought ingredients including pasta. can I prep ahead? Can I make sauce day before? Can whole dish be made ahead and then heated? Any suggestions? Thank you!
Great Q! The whole dish can be assembled ahead of time however if you do that I’d recommend storing the pasta separately and then combining it all right before you bake or doing everything except the pasta and then broiling the pasta and mixing it in right before you bake. The reason is I don’t want the pasta to get soggy sitting with the rest of the ingredients.
You could also prep the cashew sauce and a store it in the fridge before doing the rest of the assembling and baking!
